Chosen ones are belittled from an early age, the darkness knows who you are and they start chipping away at your self-esteem early because they fear the moment you remember who you really are. A chosen one endures these cruelty's and returns to the light again and again, your soul is trained and narcissists are placed in your life to make you discover how strong and unbreakable you are. God and the universe guide you in this and when you look back on your life you will notice that things ended badly for the people and institutions that did not treat you well.
You are not what happened to you, you are what you survived and that shaped you to become a warrior for this earth.
If you remember who you really are and why and for what purpose you came to this earth, you will build and restore yourself. The game is over for the darkness, they no longer have any control over you in any way.
